About Vanessa

Vanessa Fox Halpert is the Founder and Designer of Vanessa Fox. Combining her wealth of industry knowledge, cultivated throughout her early career as an editor for fashion magazines such as Harper's Bazaar, Marie Claire and Mirabella, with her love of fashion and design, Vanessa launched her own clothing line in 2000. She opened her first shop in New York City, specializing in wedding attire and special occasion clothing for sophisticated and chic young women looking for style and quality.

After returning home to Philadelphia with her husband, to raise their four children, Vanessa opened a new studio in a quintessential old barn in Bryn Mawr. Pennsylvania. Vanessa Fox now offers a more extensive line for women including dresses, coats, jackets, tops and skirts for any occasion. Casual to black tie, sequins to cashmere, the fabrics and style selections are endless with a look that remains classic and whimsical.

Most recently, that whimsy is now expressed through her latest designs, swim wear for men and boys. Inspired by sea, sand and endless days on her favorite beaches of Nantucket, Vanessa's swim line is the perfect addition to her line.

Vanessa Fox works by appointment only, in one-on-one meetings, to create bespoke looks that are perfectly suited to each client.
